Responsibilities

Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, policies, and standards of care to provide safe, patient-centered care for a diverse population.
Ongoing communication with patients and health care team regarding patient status, care and treatment plans.
Ensure optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience.
Medication administration using current clinical documentation to ensure safe delivery of medications.
Patient and family-centered care to optimize health, wellness, and disease management.
Interdisciplinary collaboration to manage care plans from admission to discharge.
