Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Maintains Florida RN license (compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation).
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and document care in the chart.
• Provide timely, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up steps.
