HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions across shifts. You will work with the management team to monitor nursing care and support staff in a fast-paced environment.

The CNC will lead admission/discharge processes, assess care quality, collaborate with subject matter experts, and promote a patient-first philosophy while operationalizing nursing strategies and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required.
• Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Children? No Travel Required (non-travel role).

Responsabilités

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit.
• Collaborates with managers to create teamwork that improves outcomes and service.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Implements nursing strategies to improve engagement and rounding initiatives.
• Recommends and implements staff training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Supports inventory control and equipment management.
