Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in alignment with the Christ Hospital Professional Practice Model. The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, safety, and evidence-based practice across the nursing process.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of nursing care, with leadership and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in Ohio and comply with professional standards.
• BSN required within 5 years of hire; MSN/DNP not required but beneficial.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months for certain units.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using the Christ Hospital model of care.
• Plan and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team; set measurable goals.
• Implement care with evidence-based practices and safety protocols.
• Educate patient and family; communicate plans using SBAR.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Document care timely in the electronic medical record.
