MedStar Health in Leonardtown, MD is seeking a professional care provider to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care from admission through discharge. The RN collaborates with patients and families to coordinate care delivery with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality and safety.

The position requires 1–2 years of RN experience, an RN license, CPR certification, and readiness to complete required certifications.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• BSN preferred.
• If prepared at the associate degree level, enroll in a BSN within 12 months and complete within 4 years.
• RN licensure and CPR certification required.
• 1–2 years RN experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care from admission through discharge.
• Collaborate with patient and family to coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide evidence-based, safe, and patient-centered care.
• Advocate for patients and communicate concerns to the care team.
• Assist with discharge planning and education.
