Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ADN or BSN with preference for BSN.
• BSN preferred for this RN role.
• If ADN, must enroll in BSN within 12 months and complete within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care from admission through discharge.
• Collaborate with patient and family to provide theory-based nursing care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality and safety.
• Identify patient needs and plan interventions based on data trends.
• Advocate for patients by communicating concerns to the care team.
• Document patient information accurately in verbal and written form.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment following safety principles.
• Demonstrate effective leadership, set priorities, and delegate appropriately.
