MedStar Health is seeking a professional RN to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients from admission through discharge. The role involves collaborating with patients and families and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.

The position emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, safety, and lifelong learning within a value-driven environment. 1–2 years of RN experience and state licensure are required.

Competenze

• Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• If prepared at the associate degree in nursing level required to enroll in a BSN program within 12 months of hire date and completion within 4 year of hire date.
