Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of Maryland or compact state required; CPR/BLS for healthcare providers; EFM certification for Perinatal nurses may be required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care from admission through discharge.
• Collaborate with patient, family and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Identify and address complex patient needs and advocate for patients in ethical decisions.
