Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult medically fragile patients in their own homes. Responsibilities include nursing assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care per orders.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practice state.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current and valid.
• BLS certification current and recognized.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses as needed.
