Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring for Registered Nurses (RN) or LPNs to work with pediatric or adult medically fragile patients in the home setting. You will deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes and coordinate care with families and other health professionals.

The position offers competitive pay with weekly paychecks, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Qualifications include current RN or LPN license, TB or chest X-ray, current BLS, and prior nursing experience preferred.

Formación

• Currently licensed as RN or LPN in the state where practice will occur.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior nursing experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in the home on each assignment according to prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses with health care team.
