Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult medically fragile patients in their homes and possibly in a school setting depending on the case.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• BLS certification current.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
