Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1-on-1 private duty homecare nursing for pediatric and/or adult patients. This position offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and comprehensive benefits.

You will use the nursing process to assess and care for patients, document findings, and collaborate with families and health teams. Must be licensed LPN/LVN in the state, BLS, TB/Chest X-ray, and preferably one year of nursing

Formación

• Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray on file.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care 1-on-1 to patients per orders.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Document nursing data and communicate changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor patient condition.

Conocimientos

LPN/LVN license

BLS certification

TB test or chest X-ray

1 year nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
