Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Cleveland is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for pediatric and/or adult medically fragile patients at home. Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and delivering skilled nursing services per prescribed orders.

Current Ohio RN license, BLS, TB or chest X-ray, and at least one year of nursing experience (preferred) are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
