Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with medically fragile patients in the home setting, serving pediatric and/or adult populations. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and weekly paychecks through Maxim Healthcare.

Candidates must hold an RN or LVN license in the practicing state, provide current TB or Chest X-Ray results, and maintain a valid BLS certification. Prior nursing experience is preferred.

Formación

• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN/LVN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
