Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland seeks an LPN or RN to care for pediatric and/or adult medically fragile patients in their homes. Pay range is $25–$32 per hour, with competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and delivering skilled nursing services per orders while monitoring patient conditions and documenting findings.

Formación

• Must be currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray is required.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
