Job summary

Cascades of Bend, part of Cascade Living Group, is seeking an Associate Wellness Director LPN to provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in accordance with state regulations.

You will lead and monitor caregivers, implement personal care plans, and educate staff on health maintenance and disease prevention while upholding the community’s mission and values. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Job description

As anAssociate Wellness Director LPN at Cascades of Bend, you'll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency

• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines

• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration

• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

• Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care

• Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention

$79,040 - $83,200/hour
