Job summary

Cascade Living Group in Bend, OR is seeking an RN Oversight to supervise medication administration and skilled nursing procedures for residents in Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The role requires an active RN license, strong communication with residents and families, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. You will contribute to quality of life and the coordinated care approach across our community.

Job description

As the RN Oversight with Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care, you will provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

What you can expect to do as an RN Oversight (Registered Nurse):

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency

• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines

• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration

• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

• Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care

• Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention

• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

Required Certifications:

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse License (RN)

$52.88 - $55.29/hour
