Job summary

Cascade Living Group invites applications for an RN Oversight role at Meadow Creek Village in Oregon. This part‑time position oversees regulatory compliance and change-of-condition assessments, with potential to advance to full‑time based on travel availability to nearby communities.

You will ensure high-quality resident care, manage change-of-condition evaluations, and support medication-related parameters while upholding Cascade Living's mission and values. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license in Oregon.
• Experience updating service plans for change of condition.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

• Perform significant change of condition assessments.
• Handle PRN parameters and other medication-related parameters as needed.
• Assist with supportive device assessments.
• RN delegation.

As an RN Oversight, in a part‑time role you’ll oversee Oregon regulations and monitor change of condition assessments for the community. Possibility of a full‑time position available contingent on availability to travel to nearby community's.

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience working with service plans updates related to change of condition
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills
