Job summary

Logan Health is seeking an RN Outpatient Supervisor to lead our Primary Care/Walk-in Clinic in Kalispell, MT and stay closely connected to patient care. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate clinic operations, and guide staff development while maintaining hands-on patient care.

You will balance leadership duties with direct nursing tasks, coach staff, ensure staffing and scheduling, and partner with leadership on quality, budget, and policy alignment in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within Montana.
• Current RQI required per policy and assigned area(s).
• Minimum of one year of leadership experience in a lead, charge, supervisor, or higher level role.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong business financial skills and knowledge of government and reimbursement regulations, HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operating needs of the assigned area, including patient services and staff coordination.
• Develop staff through coaching, education, orientation, and ongoing support.
• Coordinate scheduling, assist with hiring and interviewing, and manage staff performance with clear expectations and feedback.
• Improve workflows and support quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient service excellence.
• Partner with leadership on planning, program development, and monitoring clinic financial, quality, and operational goals.
