Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, MT seeks an RN Outpatient Supervisor to lead our Primary Care/Walk-in Clinic team. You will supervise daily nursing activities, triage and direct care alongside RNs and medical assistants, while supporting staff education and development.

You will collaborate with leadership to manage scheduling, performance, and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient service. A strong foundation in nursing and financial stewardship is essential.

Formación

• Montana RN license or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice in Montana.
• Current RQI certification as required by policy.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (lead/charge experience accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and reimbursement regulations and HIPAA guidelines.
• Proven ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, including written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day operating needs of the assigned area(s) including patient services and staff concerns.
• Develop staff through coaching, education, orientation, and ongoing support.
• Coordinate scheduling, assist with hiring and interviewing, and manage staff performance with clear expectations and feedback.
• Improve workflows and support quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with leadership on planning, budgeting, and achievement of financial and operational goals.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of staff training and annual skills assessments.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings to address issues and promote continuum of care.
