Job summary

Qualifications

• GNT exception allows temporary appointment while pursuing licensure.
• Grade/Level criteria include leadership and professional development.
• Preferred: at least two years RN experience.
• Outpatient/Primary Care experience preferred.
• Physical requirements per VA qualification standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and care coordination within the Primary Care PACT.
• Demonstrate leadership in managing complex patient care beyond the immediate setting.
