The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) in a Utah primary care setting.

You will lead nursing care, coordinate patient care, and apply evidence-based practices to improve outcomes beyond the clinic. Candidates must hold an active RN license, meet VA nursing standards, and demonstrate leadership in complex patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and professional

Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate of a professional nursing program
• Active RN license in the United States
• English language proficiency for direct patient care
• Experience in primary care or outpatient settings is preferred
