Job summary

Mercy Health in Boardman, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med-Surg at St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital.

This full-time night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) role requires strong clinical skills and leadership to assess and care for patients with medical and surgical diagnoses. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of RN experience, a valid RN license, and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; BLS is preferred at hire with ACLS acceptable in lieu.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience (required).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred upon hire; ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, chart and assess patient condition.
• Evaluate and revise care plans to achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications safely following Mercy Health policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
