Mercy Health's Med-Surg Unit at St. Joseph Warren Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate care to patients with medical and surgical diagnoses. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess patient status, and develop care plans.

The role requires a BSN preferred, current Ohio RN license, and BLS (ACLS acceptable in lieu). You will monitor vitals, administer IV medications, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment while supporting professional development.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS required; must obtain before direct patient care; ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS.
• Commitment to compassionate patient care and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, monitor patient condition.
• Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications safely and per Mercy Health policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
