Job summary

OhioHealth in Ohio is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for night shift (7p-7a), 24 hours per week, every other weekend, in the Med Surg Unit 1. The RN provides general nursing care across the continuum, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care under the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements include an active Ohio RN license, BLS, and BSN preferred with 5 years employment; multi-state compact license acceptable; BLS certification; dedication to high reliability organization and patient

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred with 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - perform health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - document planned interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluate and adjust care plans.
• Leadership - participate in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations - maintain safety, quality, and efficiency as an HRO.
