Mercy Health in Youngstown, OH is seeking a capable Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am). The RN will perform assessments, coordinate care, provide patient teaching, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - St. Elizabeth Boardman.

A valid RN license and BLS/ACLS readiness are required or preferred. The position emphasizes safety, evidence-based practice, and compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan,

Competenze

• Current RN license in the state they are working or compact (required).
• BLS or ACLS preferred; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• CCRN/PHCN/National requirements preferred.
• BSN preferred and/or 1 year RN experience required.
