Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Med-Surg RN for St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital to deliver high-quality nursing care on a full-time night shift (7:00 pm – 7:30 am). The role requires RN licensure, a nursing degree, and 1 year of RN experience with preference for acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• One year of RN experience (required).
• Six months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS preferred prior to direct patient care; ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs and administer IV medications.
• Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per Mercy Health policies.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
