Mercy Health’s The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati is seeking a Progressive Care Unit RN (Ortho/Neuro) to provide exceptional nursing care between Med-Surg and ICU. The role emphasizes thoughtful assessment, care planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license, have at least 1 year of RN experience, and possess BLS/ACLS certification (ACLS preferred if not currently held).

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS and/or ACLS certification preferred at hire, must obtain if not current.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient status and develop care plans to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care across Med-Surg and ICU units as the care line liaison.
• Administer medications safely in accordance with policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality care and patient safety.
