Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an experienced RN - OR for a 13-week travel assignment in Tulsa, OK. The unit features 19 operating rooms and advanced technology; shifts run 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM with 40 hours per week plus on-call. Travelers may float to similar units as needed.

Requirements include an active RN license, a minimum of 1 year OR experience, and ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications. Travel experience is required, first-time travelers welcomed.

• Care for adolescents to geriatrics across procedures.

Description:The position requires working from 11 am to 9 pm.The schedule includes a total of 40 hours plus call.The unit accepts first-time travelers.The staffing and scheduling expectations are flexible, with required on-call hours.Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.Daily census averages around 50 patients.The operating room includes 19 rooms equipped for various procedures.Special procedures may include breast/plastics, GYN, eyes, general, neuro/spine, ortho, pulmonary, and urology.The operating room is equipped with advanced technology, including a Stealth system, O-arm, ION, Hana table, and DV5 robot.Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services, among others.Travelers are expected to float to similar units as needed based on facility requirements.Travelers will receive a brief orientation specific to the unit.
