Job summary

Qualifications

• Active license to practice in the state.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications from approved vendors.
• Must have completed OR skills checklist in the last 12 months.
• Driver's license to verify residency.

Responsibilities

• Shifts include Monday through Friday with two weekend and holiday shifts.
• On-call duties based on department guidelines.
• Client-issued scrubs are required.
• Candidates must be prepared to start as listed or within one week.
• No RTO during the first week of assignment.
