Job summary

Richmond University Medical Center is seeking a skilled RN for day shifts (12 hours) on a surgical unit in New York. The role uses the nursing process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care, working collaboratively with all disciplines on the unit.

Requirements include NY RN licensure, BSN, BLS/ACLS/PALS, NIHSS, TCAR within 6 months, and 2–3 years' scrub/ circulator experience in major surgeries. Previous OR experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Current registration in New York State as an RN.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certification.
• NIHSS.
• TCAR within 6 months of hire.
• 2–3 years' experience in both scrubbing and circulating in major surgical cases.
• Previous OR experience required.

Salary Range: $59.144/hr - $68.028/hr (Commensurate with Education)

Shift: Days w/ eo wknd & Hols - 7a-7:30p
