Job summary

Richmond University Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse (RN) in New York for a day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The role requires NYS RN registration, a BSN, and at least 1–2 years in critical care or med-surg/ED settings. BLS and ACLS are required; CCRN and med-surg cert are preferred.

The position emphasizes collaboration across disciplines on the assigned unit and a commitment to high-quality patient care on a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Current registration in New York State as an RN, diploma and Licensure required.
• BSN required.
• 1-2 years Critical Care experience preferred.
• 1-2 years med-surg or ED experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• CCRN and Med-Surg certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Days shift with 7:00am–7:30pm schedule and weekends/holidays on rotation.

Requirements

• Acute care surgical patients experience preferred.
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLS required.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• Med-Surg certification preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills are needed.

Salary Range: $59.144/hr - $68.028/hr (Commensurate with Education)
