Job summary

Village Caregiving, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations in Madison, IN to support clinical operations, compliance, and growth for the nation’s largest privately owned non-skilled home health agency. The role emphasizes evaluation, coordination, and guidance of care, not traditional bedside procedures.

Responsibilities include client assessments, plans of care, oversight of documentation for quality, and staff education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• CPR certification.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing client assessments.
• Evaluate client condition and home environment to develop Plans of Care.
• Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance.
• Educate and support caregivers and office staff.
• Monitor for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams.
• Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives.
