Job summary

Village Caregiving, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations to lead clinical operations in our Dayton, OH office. This role focuses on evaluation, coordination, and compliance to support growth for a private home health agency.

The candidate will supervise assessments, ensure quality care, educate staff, and collaborate with families and case managers while driving branch growth and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• CPR certification.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing client assessments
• Evaluate client condition and home environment to develop Plans of Care
• Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance
• Educate and support caregivers and office staff
• Monitor for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams
• Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives
