Job summary
Village Caregiving, LLC in Dayton, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations to oversee clinical operations, compliance, and growth for the nations largest privately owned non-skilled home health agency. This role focuses on evaluation and coordination, not bedside nursing, with emphasis on observing, documenting, and guiding care in clients' homes.
Youll lead assessments, develop Plans of Care, ensure quality and compliance, educate caregivers and staff, and support branch
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
- Current RN license in good standing.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial and ongoing client assessments.
- Evaluate client condition and home environment to develop Plans of Care.
- Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance.
- Educate and support caregivers and office staff.
- Monitor for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams.
- Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives.
