Village Caregiving - Madison, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations to join our new Madison office. The role centers on evaluating and coordinating care, ensuring quality, compliance, and growth for our home health team.

You will oversee clinical operations, mentor caregivers and staff, and collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams to expand branch operations while maintaining compassionate, client-focused care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Complete initial and ongoing client assessments.
• Evaluate client condition and home environment to develop Plans of Care.
• Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance.
• Educate and support caregivers and office staff.
• Monitor for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams.
• Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives.
