Village Caregiving in Dayton, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations to lead clinical operations, compliance, and growth for our growing in-home care team. The role emphasizes evaluation and coordination of care rather than bedside nursing, with a focus on assessment and guidance in clients' homes.

The ideal candidate will oversee care coordination, collaborate with families and internal teams, and contribute to branch growth and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing client assessments.
• Evaluate client condition and home environment to develop Plans of Care.
• Review documentation and oversee quality and compliance.
• Educate and support caregivers and office staff.
• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate follow-up.
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams.
• Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives.
