Village Caregiving seeks a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations in Dayton, OH. This pivotal role focuses on evaluating and coordinating client care, guiding care plans, and ensuring compliance across our growing in-home care network.

You will supervise clinical operations, educate staff, and collaborate with families and case managers to drive branch growth while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing
• CPR certification required
• Strong assessment and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing client assessments
• Evaluate client condition and home environment to develop Plans of Care
• Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance
• Educate and support caregivers and office staff
• Monitor for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams
• Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives
