Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN degree is required.
• Prior Operating Room or perioperative experience preferred.
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OR operations and staffing.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and resources.
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Mentor and orient team members; deliver training.
• Support budget planning and inventory management.
