Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid RN license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Six or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in HMH Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and passion for high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards of care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient outcomes.
• Perform data collection, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Document care plans and patient status in electronic records.
• Discharge planning and patient education to ensure continuity of care.

Education

Associate in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing

BSN in progress / willing to acquire within 3 years

Registered Nurse license (RN)

BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
