Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse in New Jersey to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes and continuous quality improvement in a supportive environment.

Qualifications include current NJ RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and BSN preferred or pursued within 3 years; six months of nursing experience or Nurse Residency participation is required; a strong teamwork and accountability

Qualifications

Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR participate in HMH Nurse Residency Program.
Strong sense of accountability, teamwork and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, policies and standards for safe, patient-centered care.
Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and health care team regarding status and plans.
Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience according to standards.
Medication administration using the latest clinical documentation technology for safe delivery.
Patient and family-centered care to optimize health and disease management.
Interdisciplinary collaboration from admission to discharge for safe transitions.
