Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six months or more of RN experience OR active Nurse Residency participation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards.
• Coordinate and delegate care with interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient status and care interventions in real-time.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care goals.
• Support patient/family education and discharge planning.
