Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Occupational Health Clinic in Phoenix, AZ. You will assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for patients in a fast-paced occupational health setting.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and experience in acute or clinical nursing. The schedule is Friday–Sunday, 8am–8pm, with day shift coverage at the 5088 W Innovation Circle location.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning.
• Formulate and implement a plan of care with discharge planning in collaboration with patient/family.
• Coordinate, delegate, and supervise nursing care and communicate with the health care team.
