Job summary
Phoenixville Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Employee Health Services team.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday daytime position (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) with no weekend or holiday requirements, offering generous paid time off and comprehensive benefits. The Employee Health RN provides occupational health services to support the health and safety of employees, students, and team members across Tower Health facilities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Pennsylvania RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and support employees after workplace injuries or health concerns.
- Provide follow-up care for bloodborne pathogen exposures.
- Manage follow-up related to communicable disease exposures.
- Support employee health screenings and required clearances.
- Maintain accurate employee health documentation.
- Educate employees regarding workplace health and safety.
- Collaborate with hospital leaders, infection prevention, and other departments.
