Job summary

ProgressiveHealth Rehabilitation, Inc. in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our occupational health team. This role covers first shift with flexibility for weekdays and supports treatment and documentation in a clinic setting.

The ideal candidate has an RN license in good standing, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year in occupational health. Proficiency with EMR and MS Office is preferred, with opportunities to grow within the ProgressiveHealth family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent for a Registered Nurse.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• 1+ year work experience in occupational health setting.
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for work injuries or illnesses.
• Administer injections or treatments per protocol.
• Perform spirometry and respirator fit testing.
• Complete employee drug screenings as needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records.
• Coordinate referrals for insurance/benefit/workers' comp as needed.
• Support disability/leave management and return-to-work processes.
• Assist EHS team with other duties.
