Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Phoenix-based team for a day-shift role. You will assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for patients, collaborating with physicians and staff in a fast-paced medical setting.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, accurate documentation, and adherence to standards of practice. A current RN license and BLS are required, with potential eligibility for Banner's benefit programs and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required for certain Banner roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for assigned patients.
• Formulate and revise the plan of care with input from patient/family and health team.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing care, delegating as appropriate and ensuring policies are followed.
• Educate patients and families and document outcomes and teaching.
