Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive nursing care on the Observation unit.
• Performs initial assessment on admission and develops care plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensures patient safety.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Attends staff meetings and participates in safety initiatives.
