Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Navigator in Obstetrics to manage pregnancy encounters from intake through postpartum. You will serve as the primary point of contact, review care plans, and ensure completion of routine testing and education across the pregnancy.

The role requires an active PA license and obstetrics experience, with EPIC proficiency and strong coordination skills to support patients and care teams in a high-volume OB setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA (NJ preferred).
• 2+ years obstetrics/women's health experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete OB intake and document medical history and education.
• Maintain EPIC lists to track trimester progression.
• Handle FMLA paperwork and state insurance requirements.
• Conduct 16/28–30 week and postpartum check-ins with labs and education.
• Coordinate care with specialists during pregnancy and NICU involvement.
