Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse Navigator in Obstetrics to oversee a patient’s pregnancy encounter from intake through postpartum.

You will serve as a consistent contact, coordinate care, confirm routine testing, and ensure education completion across the pregnancy. Responsibilities include OB intake, maintaining EPIC lists, documenting ONAF and FMLA, and performing regular check-ins and depression screenings.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license to practice in Pennsylvania required.
• Two years' women’s health experience required.
• PA and NJ license preferred will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete OB Intake appointment and medical history/education.
• Maintain EPIC list for patients across trimesters.
• Maintain OB patient lists for transfers and schedules.
• Complete ONAF documentation and FMLA paperwork.
• Conduct check-in calls at 16, 28/30 weeks and 1 week postpartum.
• Perform depression screening each trimester and postpartum.
• Coordinate care with specialists during pregnancy, anesthesia, or NICU.
• Review educational classes and flowsheets; update resources.
• Refer to community resources such as Nurse Family Partnership.
• Demonstrate competency in assessment, growth/development, and patient communication.
• Other duties as assigned.
