Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse Navigator for Obstetrics to oversee the patient pregnancy encounter from intake through postpartum. You will serve as a consistent contact, review care plans, and ensure completion of routine health maintenance and education.

Responsibilities include completing OB intake, maintaining EPIC lists, coordinating with OB/MFM teams, and handling documentation such as ONAF and FMLA while guiding patients through prenatal education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania is required.
• Minimum two years women's health experience.
• New Jersey license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete OB intake with medical history and education.
• Maintain EPIC lists for patients through all trimesters.
• Track OB transfers and scheduling across care teams.
• Prepare ONAF documentation for pregnancy episodes.
• Complete FMLA paperwork as requested.
• Coordinate prenatal and postpartum care with OB, MFM, and specialists.
• Conduct prenatal education and postpartum check-ins.
